About Me
I had the privilege of training for five years at Metanoia, a well-respected counselling and psychotherapy school in West London, and I have several years of practical experience. During our sessions, you will have my full attention and focus. I use different methods to support you, and together we can discover what works best for you. I’ve spent four years at Kingston Bereavement Service, and I’ve also worked with Victim Support, but nowadays I mainly focus on my private practice.

Today, many people are turning to Artificial Intelligence (AI) apps as a replacement for therapy.
While these tools are advanced and can mimic understanding and concern, it's important to remember that they don’t have human experiences; they are simply robots.
They can’t pick up on body language, tone of voice, or the complex emotions that we as people share.
They also don’t think for themselves.
What truly matters is having a real human being by your side during tough times.
The value of talking to someone who is professionally trained, sensitive, and experienced cannot be overstated.
